Cancellations made on the expected day of arrival, or within the duration of the stay, will be liable for the full cost of accommodation for the days cancelled. Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. Cancellations made 8-14 days prior to arrival date forfeit 75% of the deposit. Cancellations made 15-21 days prior to arrival date forfeit 50% of the deposit. Cancellations made 22-28 days prior to arrival date forfeit 25% of the deposit. Cancellations made further in advance than 28 days to arrival date will be refunded the deposit.
